BAM
The German authority for material research and testing (Bundesanstalt für Materialwirtschaft, BAM) assigns an official international label for approved products(UN-number). Prerequisite for the assignment of an UN-number is approved safety of a product for transportation of hazardous materials. Offside-plant only the use of safety vessels with an UN-number is allowed. Our transportation vessels succeeded the BAM tests - you can find our approved safety containers in different sizes here. Basis for the BAM-inspections are i.e.
- the GGVSE and GGVSee
- BAM-instructions about transportation of hazardous goods(BAM-GGR) as well as additional BAM-regulations
You can find an instruction for decoding the UN-number here (only available in german).
TÜV
The Technical Inspection Agency (Technischer Überwachungsverein, TÜV) grants among others the german safety- and usability-label GS (geprüfte Sicherheit, Tested for Safety) commonly used in Germany. The TÜV performs technical prototype-testing, inspection of production facilities and detailed documentation of both. Basis for these procedures are mainly:
- the GPSG,
- TÜV-examination regulations and/or
- DIN-regulations.
The certificates granted for our vessels are available on request.
